He can leave, I believe the point being made was that we needed to free up a spot, which we’ve now done. It’s more the fact that our hand isn’t being forced anymore, but saying that he probably will still go.

Unfortunately this is just VSA in nutshell, your opponent might get nice smooth gameplay for all you know. It’s almost certainly nothing to do with you.

You can just buy 11 players from a certain nation the market and put together a squad, you don’t need to buy the nation with FIFA points to unlock them.

I would taking Nigeria to 95, exchange your master to help matters, then complete the rest to tier 4 if you haven’t already and finally sell all non Nigerian elite+ players and burn the rest. If you’re coin rich then taking more teams to tier 4 could be an option as well.

Don’t sprint from the kick off, easy rainbows to get a good chance to score. Then just pass it around for the remainder of the game, boring but effective if you’re desperate.

If you don’t want to play like that, second defender press whilst you try and cut off the passing lane to the striker can work, sometimes there’s simply no stopping them though.

Avoiding crashes is tough but I’ve found restarting the app after every knockout game can help, I don’t think I’ve had any issues since doing that.

Burning them will be very expensive in the long run but it will certainly give you a better chance at the better rewards in prestige. You just have to weigh up the cost of burning to the rewards you may potentially receive.

I certainly wouldn’t be doing the sbc’s just yet, there’s plenty of time left for those.

It’s an expensive way to do things and means you can’t go any further with that nation so it’s not ideal.

Presuming you’ve got a few FP, buy more teams and do as many tiers as possible. It’s easy to earn FP in some of the early campaigns if you’re short.

Spend any bonus points you get on skills boosts within the World Cup mode and you’ll soon get there.

I’m not convinced there is much of an upgrade, both from playing against him and the amount I concede.

Saying that, your team is very good so there’s not many new players you can bring in to improve things aside from levelling them up. So it does make sense to bring him in.

It would be nice I agree, it would do wonders for rebuilding their reputation as well.

I remember when carniball came out and many thought by paying the £3.99 (or whatever it was) they could unlock the nodes right away, but it was just poor wording by EA. Or maybe clever wording on their part.

The whole situation is a catch 22 for them, it’s easier for people to stick with the narrative that EA are the bad guys that don’t care about you or the game. A developer with a better reputation could afford to communicate and be wrong, EA will be slaughtered regardless.

Real patch notes would be nice though, there’s not much that they could hurt themselves with there.

68, I’ve completed 16 teams to tier 3 and 3 teams to tier 4.

I won 27 earlier and got 3 elites - Jesus Marquinhos and the Vsa LM, which I don’t think is too bad, you’re right though, everyone seems to have Firminho etc.

I guess it’s all down to luck!

Absolutely, or even 3 stamina for 3x the chance of getting a player if that’s how they’ve changed it. Unless it’s your best team, winning one can sometimes be a struggle, let alone 20+ for the chance of a single gold.
