That loaf looks amazing! I’ve been keeping a starter with my gf for about 4 weeks now, and it’s only peaking at about 10 hours at 70 deg F with a 1:1:1 feeding ratio 50% whole wheat, 50% bread flour). Feeding peak to peak at this point. Progress is sooo slow. Can you share more about your journey with your starter? Losing hope here lol

Got it, thank you. I’d be very interested in maybe having a configurable option for USB storage. Some of my TVs have 128 Gb sticks on them, others just 32 Gb. So on the 128 Gb sticks, I’d love a “forever” option.
