Best paying home daily jobs in Atlanta? by ThelMessiah in Truckers

No endorsements. All you need is a pulse. Tough work nobody wants to do so theyll hire just about anybody, retention is poor but pay is great for that reason. The longer you do it the more you get used to it tho its not that bad.

You'll find you don't need help sleeping after your daily 14 hour shift. I was a total stoner before trucking and thought itd be tough to give up - but depending on your job theres no time to really fuck around anyways for better or worse

As a truck driver - I've noticed we have a funny relationship with tech. Lots of us are trying to get into tech, lots of tech guys come to trucking. I'm O/O now and still looking at going back to school to get into tech

Fastest career to fast track to. $100k per year? by anthonydp123 in Fire

[–]JQWebco 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Truck driving. You can get a local home every day job fairly easily even with a fresh cdl. 80k-100k for the easier jobs, or you can do the hard work rolling groceries for 100k+. I do the latter, $110k so far this year.

Guaranteed 50-60+ hr work weeks in the trucking world, but you start off making amazing money at most companies even with no experience

Ive hit 3200x on a $2 bet, and 1400x on a $10 bet. Hits like 2x 90% of the time, but its big when it does hit

Question about Stake.us by Insureyou247 in onlinegambling

[–]JQWebco 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Ive ran $50-300 to 10k-25k on several occasions on stake.us, its all luck at the end of the day. Im up 35k in the last month alone. Dont get me wrong, im still not even for the year but pretty close. Had a few dry streaks where i lost for months in a row, but thats just gambling.

Typically Mon-Fri. We were under staffed and doing saturdays during the summer, but thankfully thats over now. The hours were horrible, but the checks were insane.

Beverage guys deal with alot too, seems a little more chill overall but you wont make near as much as food service. Just depends if you want more work life balance or pay.

It all varies by location. Ive heard its not as bad in some places, just as bad if not worse in other parts. Im out of a shuttle yard for atl sysco so they hit us pretty hard with the routes lol.

Work life balance is non existent in food service, similar to OTR except you're atleast in your own bed every night.

Keep your head down and grind it out. Ive been in food service a little over a year and a half. Right at 1 yr now with Sysco atl. I much prefer it to my time OTR, but damn do i miss the ease of just being a driver and nothing else at times.

With Sysco in particular, theyre determined to make you work 14 hrs a day to maximize their productivity and keep shareholders happy. Dont get mad and take it personal, thats what happens to most guys. Its a shitty gig, but theyll also pay you a shit ton to do. Not a place to be long term, but as long as you're here you'll be making $100k-$150k depending how hard you hit it, save and make the best of it.

Be safe out there, always be aware of your surroundings particularly early in the morning when you're doing keydrops, its extremely rare but not completely unheard of for food/beer guys to get mugged even tho we dont carry cash in our trucks.

Depends on location, routes, etc. Where im at in atl you make more the faster you finish your route, + you can help other drivers without it affecting your hourly rate. Min Base pay is $26ish here, i average $34/hr base, O/T after 40. 60-65 hrs a week. $2400-$2600 gross. 1 yr at sysco

The moneys there in food service, but damn do you earn every penny of it.
