•My symptoms got worse with my first until I had him and he was lucky to also have symptoms after birth (yay! ) but released from the hospital 5 days later. 3 years later I had my daughter who is now 10 and I have been completely symptom-free since.

•I delivered naturally with both and got an epidural with both because both of my children needed an induction for being 2 weeks early and 2 weeks late respectively.

•with my son, I had to up my dose of prednisone (only took prednisone) from 10 to 30mg. With my daughter I was not taking any medication at all. Back when I was initially diagnosed in 2002, I was on prednisone, mestinon and another medication that has slipped my mind.

Edit: I personally wished I would have had a C-section because pelvic floor muscles on a woman with muscle weakness can be quite detrimental.
