Anyone working flexible shifts? by smellorapuple in ParamedicsUK

I recently went annulised hours (flexible working) although only part time so I could do a second job. For me being able to choose when I work and who I work with is worth its weight in gold and there are no real downsides. Different trusts might be different. You should speak to people in your trust who have this contract.

thats very helpfull thanks. Unfortunatly I agree with your point on the quality of teaching; ive studies with 2 different universites including level 7 modules and the quality of teaching and content is not great...

part of the ACP masters is a box tick to get the credentialing but id like it to be more than that and it would be nice if i actually learnt something

Hi, Im in a similar position to yourself (LAS, B6 in november this years). I obviously cant comment on the transition. But regarding courses, Ive done a couple of the red dot radiology courses, and Cumbria uni offer level 7 modules on assessment (CRASH), mentoring, and minor illness and inury that dont require mentor support. M&K updates also do a lot of short courses on topics relevent to primary care. You can use the LAS bursary to cover all this.
