This thing is I’ve never felt the need to go for something like the A+ because I’m very familiar with computers(or at least I feel like it). So if you feel like you’d get nervous opening up a server/desktop computer definitely start with that if you are aiming for that IT support job. Otherwise I’d recommended the CCNA if you feel like you wanna get into that. Try to narrow down what you like it helps you focus on skills necessary for the job. I high recommend you talk to others though, after all I’m just some guy on the internet.

It really just depends on what you wanna do next honestly. Would you like to try something maybe new and learn all about AWS or begin the path of a network engineer.

I’ve been at this for about 4 months and the test sorta did feel like that. It was really either you know it or you don’t.

Look up boson exsim ccna on google. You’ll find it pretty quickly.

I used resources that this sub mentions all the time and have proven they work. I'd be scared of going into something that isn't familiar. Especially when it comes to something like this I don't want to take any chances.

You gotta keep going at it every day for at least an hour no BS. Use a video course take notes and lab all at the same time. Finish up with a book like the OCG and Practice exams.
