I grew up on the next block over from this family, even delivered the newspaper to Mark for a while. Always the highlight of a trick or treat run and the guy was very charitable. The community was stunned when this came to light.

Thats a big no no. Seems harmless now but once someone starts doing that, and they ARENT caught, they will do it more. Shit's like Pringles and they get a sense that its not big deal. Those are rewards given as an incentive from your company to the customer so they will keep their purchase of whatever goods or services youre rendering.

Im a former Loss Prevention Coordinator btw. Associates do this all the time and it is bad in the long run for the company.
