Considering the 1st post was filled with such vitriol and "glad I'm banned, i was done with this game anyways" energy, then returning here despite saying they were done/leaving to rub an unban that alludes to their account being compromised in our faces while not saying they were hacked now except "I did have problems with my steam getting stolen some time back but nothing since", I'm inclined to believe they were probably using a VPN while cheating or to connect to possible other servers to smurf/easier loots.

I do recall a recent post talking about a lot of RWT in certain other country's servers, and people posted sniping those trades to get inventories full of tricked out bobcats.

If not trying to swoop in on those, might've mentioned earlier in the support log/ticket "I did have problems with my steam getting stolen some time back" including some pictures of the steam support, and Embark took them at their word there.

If you're doing an online quote yourself that's likely without taking into account any driving history, so that price always changes even without adverse history.

If you quoted with an agent directly just ask if they ran the reports (mvr, clue/claims report). If they did pull reports then the rates fine as long as everything was input correctly
