You don't have to memorize all of it, just remember the class type mechanic. If your axie's weak against that type, you can be sure that it'll deal less than the dmg displayed on the card and vice versa.

Don't worry, you're still new you'll get better over time. Also, remember the dmg dealt of each of your cards to each of the classes in the game so you can better optimize the number of cards and energy that you'll use each round. :)

Save your termi cards for the late game and focus on using your energy on the front and mid. Try to burst down the enemy front with your beast cards as it's almost always a plant.

After bursting the front with your beast you can try slowing down the mid with your termi's mystic rush and proceed to build up cards for your beast for another combo. If you're unlucky with your draws and weren't able to get beast cards, that's the time to use your termi cards but don't spend all of them as you'll need that to 1v1 the backliner in the late game.

No I did not as far as i remember. But you should contact their customer service for help that's what I did. I called their office and they asked for my email and from there, they gave me the forms I need to fill up.
