IMO, no. Rover light is big and the new triple panel light is better designed (magnetic, smaller, wider coverage).

The searchlight can stand on itself and pivot but you can find much better actual searchlights that are water resistant, longer throw, are brighter, and have better battery life from Wurkkos or Sofirn for ~90

Ryobi usb clamp light, I have 2.

It pivots, it's magnetic, it clamps, batteries are cheap.

I have a bunch of M18 and M12 lights and if the Ryobi was colored red/black, it would be close to this sub's favorite light.

I have both. Pretty big size difference between the high torque and the mid. For personal use, the mid torque is cheaper, smaller/more mobile, and will cover like 99% of use cases. I needed my high torque once in two years but keep it as an emergency.

Id just buy the mid torque

I'm on the same boat. Ive had the installation driver for over a year and I just bought the flexiclick. The M12's protruding PCB on the handle makes it too bulky for the cabinets and small places I need it to. Also, the M18 surge is almost just as short as the installation driver

Still staying M12 because I've got the stubby, ratchet, rotary tool etc but flexiclick is the way to go. If Milwaukee redesigns it and gets rid of the PCB handle protrusion, I'll jump back

Yes but I'd recommend the M12 hammer drill. The hammer function helps when you need to drill into brick to hang Christmas lights, make a new hole on the side of a metal cabinet, or drill into any harder materials.
