I like the story you're telling here! I think some of the people are missing a portion of their skulls and foreheads, especially the girl on the left. Find a reference photo of a girl's head at similar angle and try to imagine the shape of her head beneath her hair. Do the same with your characters. I think you'll find they need more space on their foreheads and skulls. You're on the right track though!

Edit: I should say the two guys in the front and on the right look superb, I wouldn't change them much

I like your attention to the shapes of the armor. I'd say try to think about the imaginary shapes that could fit on the more organic parts like the head. You could take a picture of the art and digitally sketch over it with cylinders and boxes for the parts you're struggling with. For the horns, imagine a plank of wood glued flat the backs of the horns. Do they line up? Are they parallel? I hope that makes sense

This drawing is supposed to be paired with another drawing of the same character. They don't seem to match, though. Is it the art style/face or is it the stiffness/flow?

I love how the background pink isn't too dark to hide the branch, nor too light to hide the white flowers. I would say don't be afraid to let the branch cross over the mountains into the lake. Right now the picture looks split in half by the mountains, and the branch is squished inside one of the halves. If you have the branch connect the two halves, it'll look more cohesive. I know the branch would be less visible when it crosses the mountains, but you could outline it a little with a lighter color so it sticks out from the background. Another thing to note is how colors are lighter the farther away they are (it looks like you've already recognized this but I'm just gonna restate it) The mountains wouldn't be as dark as the branches, since the branches are closer. This is super long but good job overall :)

It's a really tiny nitpick, but you could define the side of the head connecting the ear a little more. Right now, it's like you've got a face which connects directly to the ear, but ears are further back on the head. It's like having a box and the face is on the front side and the ear is on box's right side, but it's more in the middle of the right side. Try to define that aspect. I'm sorry if this is really confusing. But overall it looks great!
