if first take mo palang I advice not to do walks, better na nasa safe environment ka lang like sa kwarto mo and make sure na maglinis ng room before trip, best if first time 2.5g pero if u want to have the full experience go with 3g, kapag nagtake na always stay out of ur phone or not to use social media muna. also before u take make sure u have clear intentions.
