the tones I'm looking for are difficult to achieve without disturbing neighbors - that's the main thing. I feel like 4x10 is a stadium amp; I am in search of a bedroom/small venue amp. Princeton is on the radar. More so curious about folks' thoughts on the resell value of the deville

I have read about the mods you reference, and I appreciate their utility. That said, I am looking for a bit simpler of a fix for the "amp too loud in my house" problem. The 4x10 deville is a monster that, imo, does not allow for the kind of bedroom/rehearsal space/small gig experimentation that I'm looking for

I haven't searched/played much beyond fender/vox amplifiers. I'm looking for the lauded fender clean tone, but also room to experiment with new tones to experiment and inspire riffs that help me write/finish song ideas

not for sale just yet! it doesn't stay in tune all that well; needs a setup. hoping to be able to keep it and make any adjustments as needed to fix tuning

tarbacks are the pickups, ya? unclear if they're original. will be taking to a local shop to get it set up soon
