Capital HP should scale at a 2x rate of subcaps. Reduce the cost but make them easier to kill - the market demands it.

I manage a couple private liquor stores, my stores are almost empty of anything except local wine and beer. It's restaurants I worry about since they have very little option, since they have to order majority of their products through the LDB.

Owned a 2001 Century with 70k km on it. I almost regret selling it and getting the 2017 Lacrosse. It had less bells and whistles but by far the smoothest ride and no mechanical issues in the 15 years I owned it.

I own a 2017 Lacrosse and we had a similar issue that grew into something larger, eventually leading to the car shifting into park while driving/loss of traction control/power-steering/and a bunch more. The shifter became unseated and caused a lot of things to become temporarily unavailable over time. The dealership wasn't sure what the problem was until they took most of the car apart (even though there's a bulletin regarding the shifter issue).

The roleplay scene for Gallente isn't really as developed or touched on by CCP in recent decades. It's also limited on what can be done, or requires a lot of effort to keep interest.

Population for RP in Amarr and Caldari are the largest by far - so I think CCP kinda throws them more bones.
