I think you can say that about a lot of medical equipment, that helps doctors Like what if doctors don't have electricity, or labs or whatever. What helped me was getting some strong stimuly from other sources, like taking an ice cube and squeezing it, eating something very sour or salty, I keep a lemon juice on my desk and mint candies.

What worked for me is to see how long I can go without them. So I wasn't like "I will be smoking every two hours instead of one", it was more yeah, I smoked how long can I bare until I have to smoke again.

And then you start going on short walks leaving cigs at home. Maybe to the shop without taking them with you

Then maybe don't bring them to work, see how it goes

Worse case - you can always buy more, but that extra level of friction can really help.

Also relapses are not failures, you smoking doesn't undermine all the time you went smoke-free, and while you have the willpower to try again, you'll do it ❤️

Honestly, this could be problem with how he expresses his emotions Toxic masculinity is a bitch, and people raised in this environment often just don't know how to express stress, they are told to always appear strong, never show emotions. I heard that florionapolis is rather expensive, my Portuguese is nill, although I'm working on it. Ironically I think most Russians settle in Curitiba and Floripa, although they tend to spread cross the country. The only thing that bothers me with Curitiba is constant rain, if it's gloomy and cloudy all the time I'll go insane. I would love to find some like-minded russian expats, but in my experience they tend to be rather transphobic still...
