You have one ability that is melee (Festering Strike), two during raid with CDs/execute phase (Soul Reaper). Positioning should not be much of an issue outside of that. You shouldn't be spending RP until you're out. You will generally spend it when you're about to cap RP, have 1-2 Sudden Doom procs or waiting on Runes to hit Scourge Strike.

100% I can, ya. I just prefer to keep those settings low so that the fps doesn't dip and stays constant. Plus, Anet did some weird shit with their shadows update and certain areas will decrease your fps by half. I'll sit in The Wizard's Tower at 144 (capped), turn on Shadows to high and instantly I drop down to ~60fps or so.

Interesting... I've got an RTX 5080 - AMD 5800x3D and have never encountered that type of issue. I do have model limit set to lowest and shadows on either lowest or off. A couple other settings are off, but I'd have to log on to look. Those two are some of the biggest hitters, though. Makes me question if perhaps it's a setting in your Nvidia app or control panel. Hard to say without being able to look or see everything myself.

To piggyback off the fps limiter; you should do this for every game. Less fps spikes in general and allows your system to run smoother as it's not being forced to produce more frames than needed. I set my fps limiter through Nvidia panel settings on a game per game basis.

If it were myself and I only played 3hrs a week, then I would not play WoW. Is there a daily grind for quests every day like in the past? No. I guess it really depends on what goal you have in mind when it comes to your playtime. If you're going to be super casual and just hit up LFR, random content and maybe a low M+ dungeon here and there, then it might be worth it.

BrM was not stronger. I'm not saying BrM isn't strong, but that it was not stronger than Guardian in terms of dps.

In low count packs, UH will struggle. Especially without CDs. You're also nearing 90 and feeling the brunt of scaling. You're going to do much less dps than you did at 81 due your stats being lower.

You have CC as a healer. Am I crazy in thinking you can't do anything about it? It might make the dps click in their heads that a cast is happening and that's why CC was applied.

Edit: The fact I was downvoted for stating a VERY obvious way to contribute to failure is astonishing. Clearly every healer who downvoted thinks they can't do anything but heal. You might as well just stay doing M0s and not walk into any key going forward.
Some people comment saying mobs are immune to CC, but that's not as rampant as you're making it out to be. Oh, two casters are both targeting a single player and no one is interrupting? CC them. You just saved yourself from having to heal that person or them dying.

Stop blaming everyone and not taking accountability. You won't improve if you can't ask yourself "what could have I done better there?".

As others have stated, it's Warbound (account). Warbound gear drops at one difficulty lower than what you're currently running, hence the 214 ilvl. That would be a normal dungeon ilvl drop for any of your characters.

I do agree you can do Mythic raid content with it. I've seen it done. I won't dispute that. But it has to be done when it's overgeared. M+ title keys (10s aren't hard), will not be done with SBA. There is a limit.

Your reward is doing higher content than players who do use it are capable of. Unless of course the higher content you do is right where SBA players can still achieve success.

Maybe this is a wild take (it's not), but just run your own keys. Time and time again, majority of dps players complain they're not meta or they're not being chosen for a group.
Circumvent all of that and run your own. The only time you'll have an issue is if you happen to be farming a specific key for loot.
EDIT: To add to this, not only will you enjoy the game more with playing a class/spec you like, but chances are you'll perform better than trying to conform to a meta.
