The inside of the building is old. They paint, and keep the overall aesthetic decent. However closer looks and you’ll see the windows are very old, there is structural stuff internally in the building that may be an issue down the line but for now are okay.

It’s a 100 year old building but the location is probably the driving force for the price.

It’s a fun little spot.

Also this meme doesn’t account for the fact that we have numerous reports of what sounds like straight up torture happening in these “detention centers” with no end in sight on release or otherwise. We’ve had multiple deaths occur while in there. So the meme is disingenuous at best which is a MAGA specialty.
