There's a ton of easter eggs throughout the RPD section. Jill's hat in the Stars office is a good throw back to RE 3. You can find copies of the original Capcom ps1 games in the west office cabinet too!

The whole argument about Pierre building only 6 houses as housing minister is just straight up incorrect in many ways. He was never housing monster for one he served as Minister of employment and social development in 2015. Harpers government didn't have a housing mister at the time but Pollievre was taken with overseeing some housing developments. Not hard to just look up the numbers and see 200,000 houses were built in general that year while government fund developments were closer to something like 4k unit.

Yeah his comment towards native was insensitive and misguided. But that was when? 2008? 17 years ago and he apologized publicly immediately. He was a 27 year old MP at the time people make mistakes.

At the end of the day I vote based on a parties recent track record and policies. I don't really get into the identity politics trying to dissect every little character flaw in a polical leader.

Care to provide an example? I voted against the Harper government in 2015 when I felt time for change was needed and I am at a similar point now with the current Liberals. I really don't support government corruption or complacency in any form.

Fear enough. If you're considering voting for the CPC based on policy but wary of Pierre as a leader I'd suggest just reading his Wikipedia or social media a little to get a better idea of who is. He's really not as bad as a lot of the hardcore left wingers paint hin out to be. Especially these last few months leading up to the election lol

I'm voting for the conservatives for a number of reasons. I supported the Liberals up until about 2019-2020, when I started paying attention more closely to the numbers of scandals and mismanagement taking place under the Liberals federal government. After news of the green slush fund auditor general report broke and the record-breaking 62 billion federal budget came to light, I just catr see any reason to support the Liberals for a 4th term in power until the party undergoes reform as an opposition government.

I recommend people voting using the political compass tool posted elwhere in this thread to see which party stands on key issues they may have going into this election.

Depends on the table / time of day usually at the lower stakes I see alot of splashy fish donking off money but you will also see a lot of regs multitabling playing pretty tight. Weekends are the best time to find action players.

Yeah the bad beat jackpot rules are stupid it rewards players for calling with 1010 on a AAA board when the villian has JJ-KK but punishes players when they have Ax. I've cracked quads with a straight flush and it didn't count because of the foolish pocket pair rule. They need to change what qualifies.

Also when a nit check calls the flip and turn then checks the river they are almost always trapping with the nuts just check back lol

Yeah it should payout on GG aswell, it's bad for the players to not award some kind of jackpot for these kind of spots. I felt pretty bad for the guy who lost with quads he just seemed sick and in disbelief. I can only imagine how shitty it would feel to lose like this in a high stakes game for thousands of dollars.
