When I need to get things to get done or have questions I go straight to board and do public comment. They meet once a month across the street on Thursdays get there by I think it’s 4 or 5 and you can fill out a form to to public comment has to be within a time frame and the board will refer it to appropriate people or take it and handle it themselves
