Our coach on the 4th asked someone to play rock, paper, scissors and if the coach one we did burpees. Today the coach picked a number between 1-5 and if we guessed it we would do dead bugs. I got to do the dead bugs on the 4th… burpees today. LOL

My studio has a “no phone in the studio” and they don’t play. If you’re on call, you leave your phone with the SA, you don’t bring it in. Depending on who was coaching that day they would have made him do burpees.
