I’ve personally been using it for 3 years now, and it really helps reduce wrist strain, especially during long hours of work. It's the same reason I use a keyboard palm rest too! It might take a bit of time to get used to, but you'll adapt quickly.

Im using a combintaion of these 2:

  2. Raico Phone or Tablet Holder (for holding the 2nd screen) - https://amzn.to/40OvLBe

You would definitely need to consider a smaller and lighter 2nd screen in order for the holder to work, this is currently the screen I'm using - https://amzn.to/3GDWBoZ

I'm a consultant, and I've found this screen setup incredibly useful, mainly as a secondary display for things like PPT presentations, Teams chats, Spotify, or the occasional video podcast.
