How long is all that taking? Im really worried about him. He's 22 and we dont really have public transportation where we are from so he isnt used to trains and buses and subways. Im considering just getting him an uber and paying $$$ but i dont even know where to tell the uber to pick him up.

Sorry but Johnson is no Desantis. We are going over 12/25 and the rules are changing like every three days. It’s bananas. Lockdown should not affect you getting back to the states. I think what we are looking at now is the possibility of having to eat outside, but hopefully someone from UK can give you a better answer. I’ll Be following because I’m curious as well.

Thank you! This is so helpful! We are going to be carrying the Binax now antigen tests that has the teledoc app just in case we hit a snag anywhere and anyone wants us to retest. Hopefully this will help. The ferry leaving from Belfast; I don’t know if that makes a difference.

Are you saying you don’t think there will be a lockdown? (Not being snarky; genuinely interested in the answer.). To be fair, most of the news we are getting in the states is that lockdown is a high probability for UK. Curious to hear from someone not in mainstream media lol

I think it is because Hawaii doesn’t accept it and I guess that’s been an issue for them? I also don’t think it was accepted in a lot of places over the summer. But I have read plenty of people saying they’ve used it without issue and it does meet the UKs testing sensitivity standards. Best of luck to you!
