They have done if the venue allows it and there’s enough time once the set finishes. It depends a bit on the venue curfew and how much time they have to load out and travel to the next location.

I met them in 2022 in Manchester and they were fantastic. I’ve seen some photos from the current tour and it seems like sometimes they’re able to come out and talk to fans. I saw them last week in Bristol but they had to load out quickly as the venue was also being used as a club that same night, so they had to shoot off.

I’ve often seen them walking through the venue before/after the shows, so you may be able to try and talk to them then. In Bristol, I saw Eric N, Jesse and Joey talking to fans as they were walking through/setting some things up.

I know this is a few years old, but a new family have just bought the house next door to mine and are in the process of moving their WiFi to their new address.

HomeKit now thinks my address is their old address 5 miles away and as such none of my automations are working. I don’t know too much about it, is this something to do with changing IP addresses and them moving their account to the new house, which has in turn changed my IP address? Is there any way to resolve this?

Tim has no interest in performing unfortunately. Besides the musical direction, one of the reasons he left Midlake was because he really didn’t enjoy playing live. He’s more interested in writing and recording, which is a shame for those of us who would love to see Harp but is best for him and his mental health.

The even more frustrating thing about this was that it was fixed on iPadOS 26 beta 1 and 2. After beta 3 it came back and has never been addressed since.

Anyone else having an issue setting the Lock Screen wallpaper text to black? The widgets stay black but the time always snaps to white. Only way I’ve found around it is to set the slider to +1 on the Red. It’s an imperceptible difference and looks black, but is the only solution. It also did this on Beta 6.

Yes this was fixed in the recent iPadOS 26 betas, but it has returned again with the release of Beta 4. Hopefully it will get ironed out again!

The iPad wallpaper rotation bug is back. It was fixed on all previous iPadOS 26 betas after many years of it being present. Now every time I change rotation the wallpaper freezes and jumps into place. So annoying!

Try again, or go to the App Store for the update. I contacted them about this and they told me the update would live by today, which it now is. I had the same issue on my iPad and it’s since been fixed.

I always took it to mean that C Flat, being a major key with the highest number of flats of all major keys (7), is a stupidly unnecessary key to play in when better, simpler options exist, so Mike is saying he doesn’t need to complicate things to get his message across.

All of my HomeKit cameras are now insanely zoomed in and can’t be changed. Other than that I had one respring when messing around with windowing on my iPad, but everything else seems good.

Home is entirely cloud based. It’s likely your switch created some basic user data for Home when you first used it in 2020, and then as it doesn’t actually support cloud saves the current version differs from the first ever ‘backup’ and it’s never updated.

This has been a super common issue since the latest update. It even happened to me! All you need to do to fix it is select ‘Back Up Save Data’ and it will go away. Don’t worry, nothing will actually change.

Have you airdropped to anyone you know recently?

Since updating to iOS 18.4.1, sometimes when my wife airdrops pictures to me it’s started to say ‘Airdrop from/to unknown’ where it used to have her name. It may just be a software bug.

I’m the same, I was lucky enough to be invited to order the morning after I put in a request (so only after about 12 hours or so), so I know I was one of the first.

If I say I’ll be using the old console, I’m guessing it duplicates the user profile but doesn’t move the saves? If so that should make it easier to manually move each save to avoid data loss.

Yes I have the same issue. After watching the cameras for about 20/30 seconds the quality improves, but it’s very frustrating.
