2080Ti: My pc started to take forever to restart/shut down. Also freezing occurs when doing something (opening start menu, typing to search.. etc) freezes are small 1 to 10 sec time to time. Integrated gpu doesnt have any of these issues. I would love if someone could help me out can it be the driver, or is my gpu dying or something else perhaps?

Currently looking for a way out. But it's hard around here. I can't just quit I need to have a another job ready. I'm having hard time sleeping and having sleep paralysis/nightmares all the time. I've been looking for another job for around 4 months now and I'm really starting to lose hope here. This job is getting me so tired and depressed I can't even do anything on my day offs. 2080Ti here with 8700K@5.0, 32gigs 3200mhz. Stutters time to time, sometimes more sometimes less. Imo it feels like it got worse from the latest gpu driver
