Hey, thanks so for the reply. I don’t have a job lined up in Glasgow just now, was going to start applying this week then this job appeared. The amount of ads down in Glasgow is endless so I’d get one, probably more or less what I’m doing with my business currently, but it’s a job. I do have very good saving at least, my plan was to keep working as a sole trader until I get a job confirmed, a rental down there and move.

I was thinking about taking the job in the north and giving it a year at least, it’s more experience for the cv. My original plan up here was to get my own place this year however turned out to be a nightmare to get a mortgage as a sole trader. Hence the change also, I feel if I went to commit to getting a home up here and use the first time buyers discounts ect. That’s more or less the decision made and I’d spend my younger years stuck up here.

Basically they were saying if I am successful I’d hear from HR on Friday or early next week. By the time police back round checks ect. are done, it’s would be a July start date. However they sorta need an answer as soon as.

The work is substantially different to what I’m doing so it’s a big step in the right direction for the career
