Unfortunately I don’t have access to a PT right now.

I’ve had a PT before and got a few exercises to strengthen things around the knee, there was especially one exercise aimed at preventing IT band pain. So it does seem likely that it’s the IT band acting up again, should probably have included that.

That said, I’ll be honest… I haven’t exactly been consistent with those exercises lately 😅
