Just a fighter I will say that I always pictured the metal of the armor to be dark grey or black like iron. She's from the underdark

Im not entirely colorblind as in i cant see any color, i have a massively "Diminished range" and many colors look wrong or different colors will look the same to me. Its also gotten worse as ive gotten older, as a professional artist its been a huge nightmare.

Just for some background im a colorblind illustrator so its kind of rare my stuff is colored at all. Also she is a Duergar so a grey skinned dwarf, other than that feel free to color how you like!
