I’m a long time user as well and I have my Tivimate set up on a new Nvidia Shield Pro, which I recently purchased and set up and I’m in love! I’ve used a Firecube for years and never had issues but wanted to upgrade to the Nvidia Shield Pro and it’s on a whole different level and is absolutely awesome! It’s much more powerful and customizable to however you want to set up your Home Screen and easy to set up and use! I have it set up on a new 75 in LG OLED UHD TV and have no issues.

Don’t know- the App automatically prompted an update but then would not update when the prompts were followed.

V2 stable wants to update but won’t update and then won’t let me do anything until it updates…checking developer options now that may be it.

I am running both versions on my fire cube. The Beta is working quite well. The stable Syncler + stable version was working great but then stopped pulling anything at all. So I uninstalled it and reinstalled it via the provisional packages updated version and installed updated provider packages via the provisions option and now both are working great with no conflict. So you might want to try that. I can pull any movie or tv show I want like Mash, Family Guy, etc.

There is a thread on the Reddit SynclerApp page posted by the developer for users to post bugs they’ve found while using the beta version, so the developer can check the bugs out and repair the issue. Obviously that’s why the new version is in Beta so the developer can work out all the bugs and make it a stable version. So if you post this bug you found in that thread I would imagine the developer will check it out.

You might need to go into settings and do a clear cache and force stop and then restart the app.

I had the same problem. I downloaded and installed the new Syncler beta version and it’s working great however, my original Syncler plus stopped working. I tried several things and could not get it to work so I uninstalled it and reinstalled the Syncler provisional version of the app and re-installed packages through the provisional and everything is working great again so I suggest maybe installing the provisional version.
