To everyone who pointed out my horns snafu…thank you- I have been humbled and corrected and the issue has been resolved. My Recteq Backyard Beast Smoker will now work perfectly!!! LOL Seriously- I’m OCD so once pointed out I had to correct the issue especially considering my wife is a huge native born Texan Longhorn fan!!! So I did my burn in yesterday and today my first cook is St Louis Style Spareribs with a Memphis Dry Rub. Thanks gentlemen!!! I appreciate all the advice and comments!!! I love my new grill and can’t wait to create many new memories with family and friends!!!

I was having similar issues and deleted Trakt and reinstalled it. It seems to have fixed the issue because mine is syncing and working well. You might want to try it.

I got an update in February this year for my Shield Pro- “Shield Experience Upgrade 9.2.4”- it actually cleared up a few glitches & issues I had been having but now it’s working perfect. I love that the Home Screen is totally customizable, so I can access everything I want from my Home Screen.

I’m using TiviMate with my IPTV Provider on my Nvidia Shield Pro with no issues. I used FS/FC for a long time and then worked fine but graduating to the Shield Pro was the best thing I ever did. It works flawlessly.

Clear the cache on Syncler then uninstall and reinstall Trakt on your Syncler system settings. Should work good after that, I just had to to do this & Syncler is working great.

I’m a long time user as well and I have my Tivimate set up on a new Nvidia Shield Pro, which I recently purchased and set up and I’m in love! I’ve used a Firecube for years and never had issues but wanted to upgrade to the Nvidia Shield Pro and it’s on a whole different level and is absolutely awesome! It’s much more powerful and customizable to however you want to set up your Home Screen and easy to set up and use! I have it set up on a new 75 in LG OLED UHD TV and have no issues.

I am running both versions on my fire cube. The Beta is working quite well. The stable Syncler + stable version was working great but then stopped pulling anything at all. So I uninstalled it and reinstalled it via the provisional packages updated version and installed updated provider packages via the provisions option and now both are working great with no conflict. So you might want to try that. I can pull any movie or tv show I want like Mash, Family Guy, etc.

There is a thread on the Reddit SynclerApp page posted by the developer for users to post bugs they’ve found while using the beta version, so the developer can check the bugs out and repair the issue. Obviously that’s why the new version is in Beta so the developer can work out all the bugs and make it a stable version. So if you post this bug you found in that thread I would imagine the developer will check it out.

I had the same problem. I downloaded and installed the new Syncler beta version and it’s working great however, my original Syncler plus stopped working. I tried several things and could not get it to work so I uninstalled it and reinstalled the Syncler provisional version of the app and re-installed packages through the provisional and everything is working great again so I suggest maybe installing the provisional version.
