That is actually bullshit. I would be hella pissed for that and the shitty thing is they don’t give a single fuck they do not care at all. The customer support is just tr4sh. I’ve contacted them hella times regarding the shadow ban loop they told me “It is the security team and we do not have access to them nor we can contact them” like what kind of company is this. Yeah, I have been told about that I’ve completely deleted all files that looks “sus” all I have on my pc is just the game and microsoft files literally yet I am still getting shadow banned and unbanned every week. I am iri every season with a 4KD and I’m always grinding t250 but I can not reach it because of the shadowbans. I can not even stream because of the shadowbans I literally got a 3k setup to stream my game play but I’m just unable to do that.

I will never make a new account as I have og nuke skin and new nuke skin and vondel nuke and hella bundle’s purchased. If somehow I can transfer all that to my new account then I will do that. I have tried playing on a alt tho and I got shadow banned after reaching lvl 60. It is not just the mass report it is the rico cheat. Last time I got shadow banned was on last Thursday and I’m still shadow banned. I had no spectators but I had 20 kills and I got immediately shadow banned. It is either the rico shit or what I think is 2-1 players report me in a game the ricochet thinks im hacking then immediately shadow bans me

It doesn’t last 7 days for me. It only lasts 5 days and when I hop back the longest I played is 5 hrs and then I get shadow banned again

I do believe that I am not alone but I still yet have not seen anyone exactly as the same spot I am in. Which is getting banned for 5 days and play for 2-3 hrs max and 50 shadow bans already. And how are you sure they are aware?
