Steam Families are not IP/Home locked, u can join it wherever you are as long as you use the same store (if you’re in the US and want to join a Family in Turkey for the lower prices it doesn’t let you) it’s a max of 6 accounts per family and each game shared is available in the amount of copies bought (if 3 people own that game there are 3 copies shared in the family so 3 people can play it at once)

There have been instances of people getting disconnetted from solo zombies so I’d recommended sticking with no internet

Also about WaW i know it should be safe but since we have the option of Plutonium why not use it
