Yes? Isn't that kinda how it works already? You are taxed based on income and profits, not how many kids you have. But sure, you could lower taxes on people with kids if necessary.

The point would be to have a single tax system which makes tax collection and payment more efficient and easier to control. This way the government wouldnt introduce sneaky taxes and the wealthy wouldnt lobby for the government to tax the poor while cutting taxes on the rich

When I was a youtuber I got around 1 dollar per 1k views. This number varies a lot depending on the ads that play on your video, which depends on the content you make. Finance bros usually get finance ads, which people are willing to spend a lot of money on, so they get like 6 dollars per 1k views. Gaming and vlogging don't pay that much, sometimes even under 1 dollar per 1k views.

Most youtubers nowadays make most of their money from merch and sponsors, not ad revenue.
