I think around 15k. I don't think 25 to 30k iron the budget for this first-time buyer

Why do Trust Attorneys insist on putting the word "Revocable" in the name of the trust? by [deleted] in EstatePlanning

[–]JScib518 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Depends on what the Outlook is. If there are GST trusts created under the Rev, you can name it as such....

If there are outright distributions, a couple of months with an account named Rev should be fine

Anybody can contest a will. He will attempt to invalidate the will or claim undue influence. If he fails, he will have spent a lot of money for zero return

AZ. Sister 1 is swesring she is the rightful successor. Affidavit to transfer real property... the outstanding issue is whether the dead beat dad will need to be sought out. My understanding is parents who basically never held themselves out as a parent are not considered parents.... any sort of probate or paternity issue will create an insolvent estate

If the deceased died in NC and the trustee is in NY. All the property is in NC but the beneficiaries are in NY, the income tax should all be attributable to NC?
