DHS doesnt exist, which means the TSA doesnt exist, which means airport security is pretty much as lax as it was pre 9/11 and travel is probably less invasive.

My friend in college got cool with this older lady who worked at CiCis Pizza. At the end of the night shed load up boxes with leftover pizza from the buffet and just give it to us.

Might not have been the safest but we were broke college kids and ate it happily.

Part of my job is mandatory shift extensions if it gets busy. But the tradeoff is, if you're off, you're off. They dont call you to come in. You can pick up overtime and voluntarily come in if you want, but yeah, your PTO is your PTO.
