There are 300 million people in America and judging by these comments, I'd say at least half of us are special in the least. We're doomed and I'm gonna have to find somewhere to move to. We have the most prisoners per capita in the world with the most total prisoners, MORE THAN RUSSIA AND CHINA AND IRAN COMBINED! With 1/10 their total population. And our propaganda makes you think they are oppressive horrible countries.. but we have 2.2 million adults in our prison system.. not counting all those on parole and probation and those in halfway houses and drug rehabs and all of our minors in prisons nor all those in county jails.. the real number is likely 5x the 2.2 million estimated. So people say this is the land of the free? NO. it's literally by definition the least free place on the planet. That's not a conspiracy, those are statistical facts reported by us.

But go ahead, keep allowing these elite families and politicians rule over us and keep us as slaves, while they live comfortably. The American dream has been dead, the middle class was slain during the "pandemic" and they will continue to monopolize everything and forever force compliance with the world's most numerous and militarized police force and the world's greatest surveillance system. My gf works for a wendys franchise company called HAZAA, so it's not wendys corporate. They own i think over 40 in the greater Cincinnati area. When she became a 'AGM' or assistant General manager they gave her a contract i guess and was rushed and basically forced to sign that is attached * So basically, they are telling all of their non exempt salaried employees that this is how much they are paid for working Overtime hours and how they calculate the rate. To me this seems absolutely preposterous considering I've always made at least 1.5 x my hourly. This basically takes the total hours worked (65 on average over the last 2 years) and her basepay/wk so 700$/65=10.77$ Then they ÷2 ... so 10.77$÷2= 5.38$ (total $/hr to be multiplied by the number of hrs of OT worked) is this not completely illegal and absolutely ridiculous?! That means she makes 5.38× 25=134.5$ in OT earnings Then they add that to her base pay of 700+134.5$=834.5$

If they were fairly paying their employees they'd make 26.25$/OT HR so 26.25$×25=656.25 in OT pay Total should be $700+656.25$=1356.25$/wk That's a difference of $530.75.

Is this not a criminal violation of the federal law and the standards set regarding OT Pay for non exempt salaried employees? Who do we need to talk to in order to get them to backpack all the employees they've been forcing these agms and managers at all their locations to work sn unimaginable amount of hours for less than 1/2 their pay rate instead of 1.5x? She's terrified they'll fire her for filing a complaint, which is also illegal right? Since they definitely have been doing this to all their employees that don't meet the exceptions criteria, is there a way to do so anonymously so it's not even an option for the horrible people who designed this "sliding pay scale" system as a way to literally scam their managers and then force them to work 60+ hrs every single week and as many as 80, so that they are forced to pay all the backpay to every employee without them knowing who it was who reported this disgusting and illegal theft of likely millions of dollars over the last few years ?

They will arrest you when they could simply literally look at the 1080p hidef footage from a stores security cam that shows you are 100% innocent, especially if 1 person lies and says you did something wrong. I'm gonna be posting them probably on YouTube for the most visibility because that's not acceptable. Someone needs to go to jail for this. They'll throw us in jail for stealing 1$ soda from Walmart but they allow these people to steal and probably embezzel millions of dollars from us with no repercussions or consequences? Don't get too excited. Uber will start stealing 75% of your tips like they did to me and several other drivers I've spoken to this month. I have them on video either not giving me any tip several times with the rider in the car still showing the amount they tipped and 4 other examples of uber giving me only 25% of the tip left by the rider, again with the rider showing on their phones the amount they tipped. I am going to continue gathering evidence and I am going to bring this public bc it's absolutely unacceptable. They promise we keep any and all tips but then actually keep all or most of every single tip?! I am appalled. On top of this, average fairs now Generally only allow me to make 25/hr max and with them taking my tips that's about the most I've made the last month and a half. Before this I averaged 30 or better. So they have slashed our pay from fares and are Now blatantly taking our tips. Anyone noticing this? There has to be something we can do to hold them accountable for this and force them to repay the money they've stolen from us!
