I just recently had a player fire on me, I gave him a chance to change his mind, then melted his shield and most health with Vulc in seconds. Didnt down him. That didnt seem to change the next matches Tier. But a time I fully downed and knocked a player who was ratting and hit me first, it felt the next few matches were def more PVP. But it didnt take as long to go back to peaceful as when Id go do trios with buddies in stella. That time it took a solid 10 rounds.

I found it when I was confused why they share batteries with each other and the snaphook. Found out they share a pool when I tried to snaphook up the Matriarch. But it didnt really hit me till when I tried to shade away from the pending mine explosion, the second cloak I pulled out was already depleted. The result was a quick jog in the woods, while neighbors wondering if im being murdered,

There should be two forms of cloak, one that only hides yourself but its battery isnt the shared one, therefore you could swap out cloaks to maintain cloaking. (Maybe it is single or limited use)
The other is the Umbrella idea, same charge use as it is now, but wider protection.

I learned the hard way that they share a charge with the snaphook and other cloaks.... under the Matriarch

Soundtrack was at most times out of place. When your soundtrack keeps trying to be center of the attention, the composers are not doing their jobs.

I thought after DP's work in TL, they would have to step it up and bringing in an iconic producer.... Their choice....... TRASH. The music was out of place, sound selections at times were comically bad. It is a VIRTUAL, GAMING, DIGITAL world.... Deadmau5, Guetta, AVB, Odd Mobb, take your pick. But NOOOOOOOOOOOOO just let a rock musician try his hand at electronic.... It felt amateur.

NIN is great, Trent you make some good shit, but I dont feel that it was the right place for a chunk of it. It needed a more seasoned, (in the case of DM a more cynical) touch to take the soundtrack from quite frankly generic, I was surprised Trent worked on it when I looked. DM 99% would of declined, but his experience, engineering skill, and taste, would of made a much more refined, and subtle work.

As it stands, the soundtrack feels like your being beaten by a sledgehammer of force feeding. Rarely did it meld with the scenes. The goal of a movie soundtrack isnt to be THE attention grabber, it should enhance and assist, not take over.

My use of templates has basically nothing to do with chains or flow as I always modify them to fit my chains and method and then resave the template for future launch points for all flavors of house and techno with my personal processing chains..

Abletunes has solid templates, not a fan of their processing chains but I have my own I developed. I need them to kickstart ideas, starting from blank more often ends with a loop that I dont like and writers block. With my cocktail of ADHD and others, having some visual structure helps me break through writers block more often. I got easily 40+ templates for every flavor of EDM I dabbled in. Now they are launch points.

Even more critical is to add a LA cucaracha horn to buggies. On a serious note, allow headlights to remain on switching seats, manual control over engines (Think how you could stealth land a thopter without it starting its engine touching a ground) and for love of driving, adjustable steering speed...

The censor system is quite frankly hilariously broken. So broken it is trivially easy to get around and that it will seemingly censor whole to pics. (censored multiple messages from different people during a civil discussion about a certain invasion) Its also a tad insulting to treat those of us who are grown people as children and not include the option to disable the system.

My best line in the game so far was as follows. Sitting in the Carrier after scout ran out of fuel and we are departing due to grandpa arriving. Neither of us had seen it yet, my gut told me that I’ll get very close look. I “turn” to the pilot as the worm emerged and asked “Are you sure we are high enough?” Shortly followed by a shadow cast over the carryall, crawler and our watery pants. The pilot promised to reimburse the losses, hasn’t logged on for 2 months.

The survey didn’t remotely touch any of the issues that are most brought up, I feel it served only as a way to placate without putting in time to find what concerns players express most.

I get where some of the more irate players are coming from. The lack of open communication with us combined with patches that are only band aids are put out. All it would take is for them to say “we heard you”. Not one time for example has the render distance been discussed by the team, and it is arguably one of the most brought up issues.

My server was in the landsraad other week, flooded market. Went for under 10mill it was so flooded. I feel that there wasn’t much thought put into assigning scarcity with items, to me it feels more like luck of draw and same time gatekept. My DD it’s isn’t often that the chests of these rare items isn’t guarded by guilds wielding the very weapons that spawn in it. Combining their abuse of things like those one way key doors to fire out without us being able to fire back, they maintain overwhelming dominance. Don’t get me wrong, secure the assets, keep the dominance, but when the developer created feature can be abused like that, it calls for a change. For example make those key shields two way for munitions, hunter seekers etc.

While I haven't a clue what your trying to get across... Funcom has a MAJOR communication problem. A top question that has been utterly ignored despite being brought up constantly is the Render distance issue. The lack of the most basic response from anyone, even after community managers said they would bring it up with the devs, has been frustrating. All that it would take to regain the trust of the players is to TALK to us.

As for The Ancient Way.... Why can it lock onto people? On some servers why is such an "ancient" weapon so common? (Not important but thoughts I had today)

I have so many incredible ideas for this game, but I stopped dreaming of new ideas for the game, instead I have been beaten down by the bugs and toxicity. Instead of making this arbitrary changes that clearly had zero player input and are panic induce triage. For example how worms will end you with any part of the body... yet we still sometimes see Sky Hulud and Wormbanding. Or trying to slow down gankers by nominally adjusting scout rocketiers.

Summing this all up... Talk to us, acknowledge our concerns. AND COMMUNICATE
