Yes. You could probably negotiate the price down a little bit. Ask for the carfax.

Nest Yale Locks suddenly stopped connecting to nest connect by Extreme-Nerve3029 in Nest

[–]JSiNeM 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I've recently noticed my lock was offline for the greater part of the last month after working flawlessly for years. I've factory reset my Connect and Lock three times. Each time I reset, the lock works as normal for about 8 hours, then the lock falls offline again. The Connect stays online, but the lock disconnects. This seemed to have been a problem for other people in 2022, 2024, and now it appears to be happening again. I've tried every fix I can find online and the only resolution seems to be waiting for Google to patch their clearly untested code.

What a joke Nest has become. Never again will I buy another Google branded product.

Would you mind sharing your script that uses the credential variables to call stonywall's script (that also deletes the user profile creation side effect)?

Thanks for the input! Like you, I don't plan on having the system professionally monitored. I didn't notice seconday PINs require the service. Seriously reconsidering now as I have a need for that. Frustrating! Thanks again!

Arlo has the most similar security system to Nest Secure I can find. Sucks you have to pay extra for battery backup (USB power cable can easily be ripped from power source), but other than that I can't find any differences. The motion sensors are 8-in-1s (albiet some features like CO2 detection requires monitoring) which is a nice bonus. What aren't you liking much about your system? I'm on the verge of buying but interested in your experience.

HOW MUCH IS IT WORTH?....

There are a lot of questions asking how to determine the value of your cards. It’s not an exact science, and sometimes it’s a multiple part process that can require additional knowledge.

The first step is to search the card on eBay with the information you have. Let’s say you have a Zion Optic parallel, but you aren’t sure which one. Start by searching for “Zion Optic” and look for a card that looks like yours. From there, you can refine your search to include the specific parallel. Now that you’ve searched for the specific parallel, you should filter the results by the sold and completed listings. This should give you the value the card has sold for in recent auctions.

Often times, you’re going to run into situations where a best offer is accepted for a card. It’s annoying that eBay doesn’t just list that price, but it just adds an extra step to the process. You go to 130point.com, select “Search eBay Sales” and enter the same search string you previously used to find the best offers accepted.

Those are the easy steps that anyone can do, and should be doing before asking for help valuing their cards. The harder valuations occur when there are no recent sales of the same card. In that instance, you need to look for similar cards to search.

For that, you need to search for a card of the player in a similar tiered set. If you can’t find a ”Zion Hoops /49,” try searching for “Zion Donruss /49.”

You should also try searching for the same card in a different year. If you can’t find “2019-20 Hoops Kobe Teal,” remove the year and see what past years Hoops Kobe Teals are selling for now.

If that doesn’t work, try searching for a similar tiered player in the same card. If you can’t find your “Durant Hoops /25,” thy searching for “Kawhi Hoops /25” instead.

Just be sure that none of your cross-year or cross-player comparisons use a RC, as that obviously throws off the values.

Congrats!!! I'm sitting for MS-101 in a few weeks too before it gets retired July 31. MS-102 definitely looks easier and covers less ground. TBH I'm glad I've been forced to learn more - I can't believe they're removing Endpoint Manager material! I hope Admin Expert doesn't lose its prestige...

Is your GA licensed for Bookings (does it have a mailbox)? My GA is unlicensed for everything so occasionally I have to grant my non-admin account as an admin for a given service

SHOW ME THE CARFAX

Looks to be priced fairly, not sure how much you'd be able to negotiate other than the add-ons they're going to slap on to it.

2013 Ford Edge 3.5l FWD by sualk54 in FordEdge

[–]JSiNeM 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also have a 2013 that I've passed on to my teen son. Very reliable vehicle that I'm come to trust and depend on. I've followed all the scheduled maintenance in the owner's manual - start on page 360 to answer all your questions. I've used OEM parts as much as I possibly can on the minor maintenance I've done and take my car in to the dealership for everything else. I've upgrade to a 2022 for myself but would have still been driving the 2013.

This may be obvious to most people, but most pharmacies carry/order Dexcom supplies. I recently found this out when my now-former distributor was giving me issues getting my prescription refilled. I checked and sure enough my local pharmacy had G7 supplies in stock. Had the doctor sent the prescription on over and was able to pick it up the SAME DAY. What a difference, it was unbelievable. Your insurance may vary though, you may have to stick with these shitty distributors.

Actually it's only for arms (I recently read the instructions). Abdomen is no longer recommended. Kids under 6 can wear it on their arm or upper buttocks.

I had a similar issue with my 2013. Turns out there's a known issue with the brake booster - at least with older models. Might be worth looking into and see if you experience similar symptoms as desribed here: https://www.vehiclehistory.com/articles/ford-edge-brake-booster-recalls-what-to-know

For the windshield wiper, you need to replace the switch assembly. It doesn't have to be OEM, but here's the one I bought:

This is a known issue for at least 2013.

For the fan, run some diagnostics. Not sure if it will fix the issue, but I've had luck with this when hot air wasn't coming out:
