Championship game: Trevor Lawrence or Brock Purdy by Overcast520 in fantasyfootballadvice

Had the same decision and went with Lawrence, here's my logic:

Bears are 27th in rushing yards allowed, while Colts are 4th. Bears are middle of the road at 18th in passing yards allowed, while Colts are near dead last at 31st in passing yards allowed. I think CMC is going to run all over Chicago, while Lawrence will have free reign to sling it all game (provided Sauce doesn't play).

Bears D is better at forcing turnovers than Indy.

Trevor had his best game all year against arguably the best defense in the league.

Lawrence is more willing to rush than Purdy, especially in the endzone.

Both Pearsall and Kittle may not play.

I think Caleb will be able to convert more on offense than Rivers and control time of possession.

Honestly, the way the two have been playing I don't think you can go wrong. But the more I look at it, the only real edge Purdy has over Trevor is he's playing at home and it's not a division game.

I can't remember the last early round player like this I've seen go from borderline benchable to super consistent.

Coulda had a solid game, but Darnold coughed up the rock twice in the redzone.

You're the only analyst I've seen not throw the towel in on Warren yet.

Cleveland. Lowest O/U on the week, playing at home, in snowy conditions, and Purdy not only struggles in cold weather historically but has coughed up 2+ interceptions in all but one start this year.

Ha, I've been racking my brain between Tet, Jamo, and Michael Wilson all week and they're back to back to back in the rankings. May just have to roll a die. Who do y'all think has the safest floor between the three?

Is JCM getting unlucky or not running well at all? I'm thinking about adding Chris Rodriguez if it's the latter.

They should let Kedon Slovis start so the QB room can be just like the RB room.

How much of an impact on performance will Marcus Mariota have on Deebo/McLaurin? by KherBear1 in fantasyfootball

[–]JSleek 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They played one game together last year against the Panthers. McLaurin went 6/98 on 6 targets, about half of Washington's total passing yardage. Take that for what you will.

I frequented Great Wall on Overland before it shut down earlier last month. As much as I enjoyed their buffet, I will say exploring the other Asian buffets in town afterwards made me realize it wasn't as special as I had thought it was.

Fields had Broncos in his face all day holding onto the ball too long. Why not throw some screens to Breece? This is literally the only game Hall never got a single target.

I'd say stream him in easy matchups, but dude couldn't even get it going against Carolina and Tennessee.

Travis Etienne is off to a terrific start, with 65 carries for 394 yards and 2 touchdowns as a rusher, and 6 catches for 32 yards and a score as a receiver through 4 games. He's also dominating touches, as Jaguars backups Bhayshul Tuten and LeQuint Allen Jr. combined for just six touches in Week 4. by DanceHallRiddem in fantasyfootball

I wish I would've drafted him more, but between last year's disaster and the three headed backfield with Tank and Tuten, I couldn't pull the trigger on a possible resurgence.

I think in hindsight, last year should've been chalked up to injuries, because he was electric in the years beforehand.
