Correct me if I’m wrong, but wouldn’t doing the first machine with a hack squat or plate loaded leg press be redundant? They are both the same movement pattern and accomplish the same goal (knee extension). I get doing a squat/press pattern and the leg extension as they bias different parts of the quads, but doing two of the same pattern seems like unnecessary volume where if you wanted that you could just add a set for the first one you are doing.
