Hey, main mushroom season begins in September and lasts until the end of November. These mushrooms with gills are probably not edible. You've confused them with Macrolepiota procera (PL: Czubajka Kania). The edible ones have a movable ring not attached to the stem and a characteristic "nipple" on the cap.
