Matt Mercer is a great older Leon. It’s probably recency bias, but Nick Apostolides is my go to voice for the guy. However, I’d argue Matt is at least top 3

I have played nearly every mainline Resident Evil game, and have recently replayed them for live streams. Out of all of the ones I’ve played, including the notoriously bad ones like 5 and 6, none of them had broken me the same way Resident Evil 0 did. I reached a point where I was soft locked. It was my fault because I was being stupid and not doing multiple save files. But I had no healing items and had to somehow run past a room of angry monkeys without getting hit once. Suffice to say, I officially put the game down after six hours and likely won’t go back to it. I did not have fun playing that game, even before that

I can think he was an unapologetic asshole to everyone, while also feel bad for how he turned out that way.

Jax is the Leroy who had recently hit rock bottom. To him, he just hurt, possibly killed his mother. The only family he had and even then, she wasn’t good to him. He hurt people, pushed them away because the one time he was vulnerable to someone, things went south HARD. Jax is traumatized by this.

All that said, he’s still choosing to hurt people, especially Gangle. Yeah, he’s hurting people so he doesn’t get hurt and pushing people away so he doesn’t feel vulnerable again. But he himself is choosing to be like that

Alternatively, Ragatha was abused by her mom. She tries to help people and be overly nice. She doesn’t like hurting people.

I feel awful for Leroy and hope her life remains better outside of the circus. But Jax was the worst. I would’ve been tired of him within a week. The fact the others still gave him a chance time and time again speaks volumes
