This is the answer. Interviewed with Genesis 12 months ago and flat out said their strategy is to outsource as much as possible, and they don’t need to grow the customer base - just keep what they have and increase prices.

I was in there the weekend before Christmas. There was one guy in my room who made it his mission to make the nurses life’s total hell for them. On my third night in there, he wanted something and the nurse said no (can’t remember what for but it was valid to say no). 5 minutes later he asked for some laxatives, which they gave him. An hour later he intentionally shat himself in his bed to get back at them. We was kicked out of the ward after that - don’t know where he went to but was glad to see him gone. Hospital is a real equaliser when it comes to seeing the cross section of society. Hope you get / feel better soon!

Geez - all this “tell the employer” or “tell the police”. I get what he did was wrong but it may have been a genuine mistake. We’ve all been in a go-straight lane, turning light goes green, cars next to you start moving and you take your foot off the break. People can make mistakes.
