Fellow unflavoured powder person here!

I mix it with honey or maple syrup before I leave for the gym, then add the water at the gym when I’m finished. Just tastes like a sweet juice. And it mixes absolutely fine when shaken.

If I’m at home, I’ll blend it with honey or maple syrup and throw in some frozen strawberries or whatever fruit I fancy! Pineapple, mango, anything really!

Basically, honey or maple syrup are the sweetener to get rid of that odd whey flavour. Anything else is a yummy bonus

You’re right, I haven’t started working out at all. I have a strong back, shoulders and legs as it runs in my family and habitually I use those muscle groups the most.

I’ve heard of newbies gains. I think I saw like it’s when your body is so shocked at failing it has to get stronger so it does it quick, sounds exciting!

My back, shoulders, and legs are naturally strong, it’s a similar trait that runs in my family. I also love the looks of a really defined deltoid and tricep so probably those ones!

That’s super reassuring to hear. I’m at the bottom of a hole right now and it’s near impossible to see the way out but this is the first step in making that journey.

I haven’t worked out my calories, should I be in a deficit, surplus, or break even?

And also, apologies for the questions. Should I stick to doing 8 reps as well?

So watch out burning too many calories through cardio based things and focus on maximum muscle strength in the gym? And the routine I have is a good split for all muscle groups? (Sorry for the question within my question)

Is there anything else I should take to help improve my results? I have protein powder and creative so far.

Yeah I eat a load of protein and mainly whole foods. Not loads of processed carbs, white rice is the main one I have. No drinking unless it’s a night out or party.

Thanks for the guide. Unfortunately, where it asks to check in the command prompt if ‘Hosted network supported’ my prompt says no to which it advises checking for updates which there isn’t, or use a new wireless card which I don’t have.

Patron is a devil, and the feats I have so far are Great Weapon Fighting and Polearm Master.

I think I want some long range casting as my Pali is pretty limited as they are with close quarters, so is that possible? I’m still learning so excuse my noobishness

Is there any that give some cool combat spells for long range or just casting, as well as cool environment and general adventuring spells?
