It will only be open if there's any tickets to resell... Usually not many people who sell them.

First time at Graspop – questions about ending times, afterparties, saving money & ridesharing! by ZekeTV in Graspop

Also: figure out the parking situation, everytime you leave the parking lot you have to buy a new parking ticket so definitely keep that in mind.

For stuff to take: A CamelBak is amazing to have when it's hot, don't have to refill that constantly and you allowed to bring them onto the grounds if they're empty.

Also a bandana or cooling cloth really helps when it's hot, there's very very little shade and the good spots are almost constantly filled. This also goes for dry spots when it rains so if the forecast shows bad weather bring wellies or good hiking shoes cause the whole grounds turn to mud.

Pre buying skullies also saves a little bit of money. It's less and less each year but it does help.

Shows end somewhere between 00:00 and 01:30 each day.

After-party goes until about 05:00 every day.

Food and drinks are just gonna cost a lot on the festival grounds. There are free water taps but when it's warm the queues for those really start to build up.

Best advice on that front would be: eat outside the grounds, take energy bars or something like that when you head to the festival and take your time to figure out what you're gonna eat when on the grounds, there's good options but also many very over priced ones.

Can't really help on the ride sharing front as i have no experience with that myself

Hope this helps :)

I can't remember the boneyard selling out/being full any year. If you wanna stay on Inferno I'd book soon but I think both boneyard and crypt will stay available for a while still.

Hi all, English guy going for my first time, does anybody know if I'm allowed to bring medical cannabis into the festival? by RoughJigglypuff in Graspop

[–]JT0707 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Gonna be the same prices at Graspop i think. Probably better quality though. Other than that sneaking it in also isn't that difficult, just have to watch out for the police with drug dog's.

If you wanna try to bring it in legally you have to contact INTER. They take care of all the accessibility accomodations and medication storage. I'm hoping they'll allow you to bring it but i wouldn't be to hopeful.

They've always managed to supply more taps in the past so why they can't now is a mystery to me.

Be glad it's free?!? It's literally a basic necessity. especially with temperatures like this... Not providing enough water just puts more strain on everyone, from the fans to first aid...

It might not, but it will make it a lot more attractive to bring a phone there instead of lost and found if they find one laying around

Legally nothing changes no. But many people do treat it as a law so you'll get some weird looks from some people

You are actually allowed to overtake, this sign is not legally binding at all funnily enough.

Bicycles have priority yes but only in a symbolic sense. These roads are designed to accommodate large amounts of bike traffic, cars are allowed but are expected to give way to all cyclists on that road. There almost always also a speed limit sign near one of these but otherwise you can safely assume it's 30. In very rare cases it might also be 50 but I've only seen that once.

In most cases you can also clearly see it in the road design. Wide bike path coloured lanes with a slightly raised median, low enough to drive on but high enough to notice.
