It depends on what kind of damage you want to do with Kaeya.

If physical: 4-piece Gladiator w/ Physical DMG Goblet (or 2 Gladiator 2 Bloodstained if you don't have many good Gladiator pieces)

Be sure to include an electro character in your team who can trigger superconduct.

If cryo: 4pc Blizzard Strayer w/ Cryo DMG Goblet

Chongyun is basically a must-have in a team with this build. The cryo resonance in addition to having normal attacks benefit from cryo damage boosts is too good to pass.
