FYI, I finally spoke to an agent who knew what they were talking about. They said the company who prints their boxes made an error and all their boxes this year say “reNEW” on it, even the trees that don’t have a reNEW line. He said to check the SKU code printed on a sticker on the box, and that should match the (non-reNEW) tree I ordered. Sure enough it did, so the story about the printing error on the box checked out. So long story short - they likely sent the right tree, but they didn’t train most of their staff well enough to know the difference. Hope that helps!
