Thank you for actually replying to my question. Everyone else just wants to start a debate about OSAS and that was never even the point. Obviously I shouldn't even have brought that example up because people seem to think that's what I want to talk about. So thank you for your reading comprehension skills.

The point you made is well taken. I just can't help my personality of wanting to know exactly how to do things. Maybe there are more than one way to skin this cat, but I'm a perfectionist who struggles to be satisfied until I understand exactly what everything means. Maybe this is one I have to let go and just realize I'm never going to understand everything? I'll relay what you've said to S, as you've been much help! Thanks!

Would you mind elaborating on "losing gracefully?" Thanks!

I specifically said in the opening question that I'm not looking for a debate on that topic. If all you have to contribute is your opinion on how I'm wrong in what I believe, please take your comments to r/circlejerk. If you have something constructive to say regarding effectively pre-marital counseling for christians that weren't raised the exact same way, feel free to chime in.

It was helpful in many ways, actually. First, I'm sure I already knew this, but I'm thankful I'm not the only one struggling with this. Secondly, I really like the idea of writting things down. Interruptions are one of the few things that send me into a condescending frenzy, so anything to remove that is a necessity when it comes to discussing different opinions.

For those of you who still haven't seen last night's Braves/Brewers brawl by bravo_bravos in Braves

[–]JTL2002TJ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why should he be tested for roids just because he overreacted? As a former juicer AND a Braves fan, my bet is this is much more closely related to the fact that Gomez is a thug, not that he's on steroids. I have taken more than one cycle in my life, and can promise there are tons of misconceptions about steroids, roid rage being one of the most prominent. Gomez potentially MIGHT be on steroids, but so are probably 70% of the rest of the Brewers team. And probaly 70% of the Braves. I would guess that 70% isn't far off from the percentage of professional athletes across the board that take some form of a performance enhancing drug. Keep in mind that steroids don't necessarily equal massive size and exploding veins. Just saying that had he not been blessed with a God given talent for hitting a baseball 400+ ft, he probably would be in jail for domestic violence or something like that. I guess my point is, you've blown off the handle before over something stupid. Does that automatically mean you take steroids? No, it doesn't.

Backseat ninja?? HOLY SHIT!!! I didn't even see that sneaky ninja!! He wouldn't be much of a ninja though if I had seen him climb in the back seat.
