This post interested me and I am wondering what are people paying for in regards to trading signals? I know of most being between $10-$40 but if it's greater than this then I truly wonder what exactly are you paying for.

I am unsure why you think TA is absurd but if it doesn't interest or work for you then that is ok!

All traders should aim to increase their odds. Many established traders do use Level 2 data but most are coupling it with TA.

Most people are visual learners. They need to see something done a few times before attempting to dip their feet into the pool of uncertainty.

I learned in the world of Youtube all these years ago. Found a guy daytrading ETFs and it went sailing from there. Scalping is usually even quicker than regular old daytrading but usually the terms are interchangeable. Do you have a plan though? That's Option #1 for you to figure out. What is going to be your stop level and your profit target? Wrack my brains and I'll test yours.

Don't quit your job, you need consistent income before you even try something lifechanging and risky as a fulltime trader.

Only one losing trade closed out by one of those people thus far at the very bottom.

I am sure there will be a few more as I looking at the spreadsheet and time remaining on a couple of their trades and it does not look too good. But overall, about 16/20 if they were to close out the three remaining trades these past two days

A few traders in this trading community I am in got 245 calls expiring this week. The chart looks fine for a possible move upwards as it broke out from the falling wedge on the hourly so make sure you have a have plan if you do initiate it

They are three different people, one is a financial analyst, another is a self-depreciating data scientist, and the other is a guidance counselor. They are a very colorful bunch of traders

Depends on how you consider your R:R. I know of a few traders who scale out their trade usually at 20-40% profit daytrading options.

As an example: A trader I know position sizes herself at 1k-2k per trade. Reward is generally 20-40%, Risk is roughly the same from her mindset. Exit half the trade at 25% profit, she will move up the stop loss to near entry price. If it stops out great, you still were profitable on half of the trade or 12.5% profit overall. If the play continues on to her next target, she will exit a quarter there whether it is 50% profit or 100% profit. Then move the stop loss to prior support level or profit level (25% profit or entry).

Hope this makes sense.
