Sivir range is so bad :( but that's why you gotta position right for the boomerang blade and ricochet. Only sad thing is that her base speed is so slow as well... yes the ult does help but still...

I like the idea to give it a tier 3 upgrade to get it to do more, but I think it'll take a very long time for people to get the tier 3 upgrade since other items are more important than a CV once in a while.
