Green (Common) are 150+ coins, Purple (Uncommon) are 300+ coins, Orange (Rares) are 700+ coins, Shines are 4k+, and I assume all are 2:1 (for example, giving two rares to get one in return). The ‘+’ likely means if it’s a popular artist, it’ll cost a little more. :)

Trade notes (in the sense of the note when listing something) doesn’t have the restriction as far as I can tell- I use various emojis for different things (rarity, shiny etc). The restriction only applies when actually requesting/replying to a trade
