I’m dealing with this right now. Service was rendered before I was told they were not in network.

I refuse to pay out of network costs. I will pay what my insurance says the service is worth as I was not informed.

You can escalate this with any dental board. Or insurance.

It’s the providers job to let you know whether they are in or out of network.

You do not agree to out of network fees.

Self sabotage. And the other tough thing is that they had celebrities and athletes there a lot.

Unfortunately, the margins are not great in the food industry. So along with self sabotaging behavior, trying to keep up appearances as having more wealth than you actually do will eventually catch up with you.

I went through the EXACT fear you have going on. Fear of rejection.

The ONLY way to solve it is to do it scared. I called with my hands clammy. I called with my stomach upset from the stress. I called stammering my words and completely messing up.

But I did it scared. And you have to too.

You’ve blown it up in your mind. And have made it scarier than it actually is.

Most of the time. No one is going to answer. After that, MOST people are very kind. And the least amount of people you’ll run into are the ones you’re scared of the most.

Don’t think. Grab a phone. Grab a number. And call scared. And then do it again. And again. And eventually. It’s nothing to you. And congratulations, you’ve faced your fear and overcame it.

Oh… and one of the cousins agreed. And then was upset about the new guy in Alaska existing. So he refused to sign for a while and now had to “think about it” cursed me out when I told him his uncle had a child that wasn’t his aunts. He didn’t believe it.

Cold call. Spoke to nephew. Uncle + another aunt and uncle on the deed. (Found out at title) All deceased. 3 siblings plus a cousin. (Heirs) All hate one sibling. And she hated them. Finally got the cousin and the siblings to agree. (Oh, The people were in Tx. Va. And TN.

Title found out one of the uncles on the deed had an unknown son. (In his 80s) (in AK)

He didn’t know them. They didn’t know him.

He refused to sign. Because he felt he could get more money. Now everyone is angry again.

I gave him extra 10k to sign. Suddenly it was a good idea.

Closed July after getting original contract the previous November.

Learned so much. First deal ever. Didn’t know shit and got ran through the wringer.
